By-elections will be held on November 3 on the vacant seven assembly seats in six states of the country. The Election Commission announced this on Monday. this by-election A state in Eastern India K Mokama and Gopalganj, Andheri (East) in Maharashtra, Adampur in Haryana, Munugode in Telangana, Uttar Pradesh K Gola Gorakhnath and Odisha Dhamnagar Assembly will be in the area. The Election Commission said that the notification for these elections will be issued on October 7. Counting of votes will take place on November 6.

According to the Election Commission, October 14 will be the last date for submission of nomination papers. Candidates can withdraw their nomination on or before 17 October. Whereas, the votes for the by-elections will be cast on November 3 and the counting of votes will be done on November 6. In this way, the by-election process will end on November 8.

At the same time, Andheri East and Dhamnagar assembly seats of Odisha fell vacant due to the death of the legislators.
