Jammu. The State Investigation Agency (SIA) on Saturday questioned former Hurriyat Conference chairman Abdul Ghani Bhat here for eight hours in a terror financing case. A police officer gave this information. Bhat, who heads the Muslim Conference, was summoned by the SIA to its Joint Interrogation Center in Jammu.
The official said he was questioned about terror funding from Pakistan. The separatist leader Bhat, a resident of north Kashmir’s Boatengoo village, was questioned in a terror-financing case linked to former minister Jatinder Singh alias ‘Babu Singh’, who was arrested earlier, the official said.
