The CBI has appealed in the special court in Delhi that Tejashwi had threatened the officials, so his bail should be canceled. The special court has issued notice on this appeal. CBI says that Tejashwi had threatened CBI officers in a press conference.

The CBI has said that Tejashwi Yadav’s bail should be canceled as he has violated the bail conditions. It is worth mentioning that in a press conference on August 25 last month, Tejashwi Yadav had said – Do CBI officers not have mothers and children, do they not have families, will they always be CBI officers, will they not retire, only this party Will remain in power, what message do you want to give? He had told the officers that you should faithfully discharge the duty of the constitutional organization.

Significantly, the CBI had raided the houses of several Rashtriya Janata Dal leaders in the alleged scam of land in lieu of jobs. After this Tejashwi Yadav had a press conference. There has been an allegation of disturbances during the tenure of Lalu Yadav’s Railway Minister during the first UPA government. Tejashwi Yadav got bail in a case related to IRCTC at the same time.
