installment action in jharkhand

Central agencies and constitutional bodies in Jharkhand are taking action in installments. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday conducted raids on the state’s senior IAS officer and Mines Secretary Pooja Singhal and her close associates. When the raids started, the news came that raids were being conducted at the places of many more officials and those close to the Chief Minister. Businessman Amit Aggarwal, who became famous for being close to the Chief Minister, was also aware of the raid here. News agency ANI also tweeted this. But in the first round, only one officer was raided, against whom complaints were being received for many years. Now the next installment of the raid is awaited. People from both the pros and cons are waiting for this. Businessmen close to the Chief Minister, Media Advisor to the Chief Minister, MLA representatives of the Chief Minister and many more are named.

This process of payment in installments has been going on for the last several months. The Election Commission has sent a notice to Chief Minister Hemant Soren in the case of misuse of office for profit. The government had earlier sought a response in this matter. After the Chief Minister, the Election Commission also sent a notice to his MLA brother Basant Soren. On the orders of the High Court, the CBI investigation has started against former Chief Minister Shibu Sorene and others in the Khelgaon scam. The High Court has sought response from the Registrar of Companies and ED in the matter of forming 400 fake companies. The Chief Minister and many of his close friends are involved in this matter. Former Chief Minister Raghuvar Das has complained to the Governor about the alleged grant of Industries Department land to Kalpana Soren, wife of Chief Minister Hemant Soren. It is being told that many installments of such actions will be revealed in the coming days. The Chief Minister and his entire family and people close to him are getting surrounded by these actions being taken in installments.
