Case of fraud and check bounce against three including MLA

Patna, An advocate clerk today filed a complaint case against three persons, including woman MLA Bima Bharti, in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Bihar for fraud and check bounce in the name of job.

In the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Vijay Kishore Singh, this complaint letter number 7225 C 2022 advocate clerk Kunal Ram, under the charges of section 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and section 138 of the NI Act, MLA Bima Bharti, his brother Ashok Bharti and a woman Lawyer Lalita Kumari has been filed against. The court has fixed June 20, 2022 as the next date of hearing in the matter.

According to the suit filed, the complainant worked as a scribe with advocate Lalita Kumari, through whom he was identified with Bima Bharti. The complainant had applied for a job in an office. The woman lawyer Lalita assured the complainant from MLA Bima Bharti to get the said job and in the name of getting the job, gave one lakh rupees to the MLA but did not get the job. On asking for the money back, MLA Bima Bharti gave a check of one lakh rupees which bounced. On sending the notice, the MLA’s brother Ashok Bharti called the complainant on mobile WhatsApp, abusing the complainant and threatening to kill him.
