Indonesia Masters 2021: The Indian challenge at the Indonesia Masters is over. After defeating PV Sindhu in the women’s semi-final, Kidambi Srikanth also lost in the men’s semi-final. PV Sindhu lost in just 32 minutes

Two-time Olympic medalist PV Sindhu was knocked out of the tournament by Japan’s Yamaguchi in two straight games. Yamaguchi won the first game 21-13 and then won the second game 21-9 to reach the finals. Before this match, Sindhu had won 12 matches against Yamaguchi and had lost in just 7. Sindhu had defeated her in both the matches held this year but today she had to face defeat. This one-sided match lasted only 32 minutes.

Earlier, PV Sindhu entered the semi-finals by defeating Spain’s Clara Azurmendi in the second round and Neslihan Yigit of Turkey in the quarterfinals.
