India would like to avoid a clean sweep in the third ODI, there may be many big changes in the team

IND vs SA 3rd ODI Today: After losing the first two matches, the Indian team is now trying to avoid a clean sweep in the third and final ODI against South Africa today. International cricket can take to the field with some changes in the match. In the first two matches, the Indian team’s strategy failed completely. The batsmen failed to form big partnerships in the middle overs while the rest of the Indian bowlers, barring Jasprim Bumrah, showed a dismal performance and their bowling looked club-class. In both these matches Indian bowlers could take only seven wickets. He took four wickets in the first match and three in the second match.

Indian bowlers could not present the challenge

In no time could experienced bowlers like Ravichandran Ashwin and especially Bhuvneshwar Kumar challenge South African batsmen like Rasi van der Dussen, Jaaneman Malan and Quinton de Kock. Desperate to play all the strategic moves after the failure of the first two matches, head coach Rahul Dravid may try Jayant Yadav and Deepak Chahar to revamp the attack in the next match.

The first two matches were played at Boland Park where there is less pace and bounce and even captain KL Rahul admitted that the conditions here are very much like home. Despite this, the failure of Indian players is a matter of concern. Though Newlands is likely to have more momentum and bounce, India would like to leave no stone unturned to avoid losing the series 0-3.

In addition to captaincy in the first two matches, Rahul also disappointed in batting

For captain Rahul, this tour has not been memorable so far except for a century in the first Test. He may be considered the captain of the future but so far he has not impressed with his leadership skills. Apart from captaincy in the first two matches, Rahul also disappointed in batting. He failed to rotate the strike which is considered essential in ODIs. This increased the pressure on the later batsmen as well.
