South Africa vs India 3rd Test: In the decider of the Test series being played at Newlands, Cape Town, an unwanted record was recorded in the name of Team India. Team India scored 223 runs in the first innings of this match. In response, South Africa’s team could only score 210 runs in their first innings and India got a lead of 13 runs. After this, in the second innings, the Indian team scored 198 runs and set a target of 212 runs in front of the host team.
In response to the target of 212 runs from India, South Africa scored 101 for two by the end of the third day’s play. The third day’s play ended as South Africa captain Dean Elgar was dismissed.
At stumps, Keegan Pietersen returned unbeaten on 48 off 61 balls with the help of seven fours. While Dean Elgar scored 30 runs in 96 balls with the help of three fours. Earlier, Aidan Markram got out after scoring 16 runs in 22 balls with the help of four fours.
South Africa now have to score 111 runs on the fourth day to win. In the second innings for India so far, Jasprit Bumrah took one wicket each for 29 runs and Mohammed Shami gave 22 runs.

Earlier, on the third day of the Cape Town Test, an unwanted record was recorded in the name of Team India. Actually, all the batsmen of Team India were caught out in both the innings. For the first time in the history of Test cricket, all the batsmen of a team were caught out in both the innings.
Before this, it has happened five times that 19 players of a team were caught out. But this is the first time that 20 batsmen of a team have been caught out. All 10 of India’s batsmen were caught out in the first innings of the third Test against South Africa and the same thing happened in the second innings.
