Earlier our salary was affected and gradually we started getting notices that our job is no longer safe. This is a big deal for us. It was a dangerous situation because the way we lived our lives before Covid, it became a huge problem because we thought how are we going to lead a stable life in future.”

Sales boom in the online clothing industry

Wearing clothes/daily clothes after meals is one of the basic necessities and necessities. This is no less than an essential item, and that is why the online textile industry saw a boom in sales even during the lockdown and will continue to do so in the future. Online textile industry has also registered a trend of growth in sales, for example wholesaler, semi wholesaler, retailer, middle man, etc. is not dependent on offline industry and it will continue in future also.

Sharing her journey, Nadia said that there was an atmosphere of tension during the corona pandemic but as it is said that “there is light at the end of every dark tunnel”. I got a job in the next generation company on e-commerce platform and I am very happy because e-commerce industry is our future hope.” The online textile industry has all valid reasons to give birth to new unicorns in India.
