On this occasion, the District Magistrate directed Deputy District Magistrate Rahul Kashyap to pay special attention to the drinking water, electricity and health facilities in the fair and the duties of revenue, police and sanitation workers should be made in three shifts of 8-8 hours so that the devotees coming to the fair would be able to attend the fair. There should be no inconvenience and cleanliness should be maintained in the fair. The District Magistrate asked the SDM to warn the employees engaged at the bathing ghats that during the Ganga bath, in view of the safety of the devotees, no one should be allowed to take bath outside the barricating and keep adequate arrangements for boats and divers. The Superintendent of Police told the Hon’ble MLA that adequate police force has been deployed for the security of the devotees and to maintain peace and order in the fair and to keep an eye on anti-social and chaotic elements, along with installation of male and female constables in plain uniform, CC TV cameras. will be monitored. On this occasion, District Information Officer Santosh Kumar, EO Mallavan, Bilgram, Kursath, Madhauganj along with officials of Electricity and PWD etc. were present. ,
