Imlie leap: Fahman Khan and Sumbul Tauqeer Khan’s TV show ‘Imli’ is going to take a 20-year leap. Both Fahman and Sumbul have completed shooting and will not be seen in the show any time soon, the upcoming episode will have Tamarind and Aryan’s daughter, who will grow up to play the lead role in the show. However, fans are deeply saddened by Sumbul and Fahman leaving the show and are going to miss the on-screen chemistry between Aryan and Tamarind in both the shows. In the coming episodes, ‘Katelal & Sons’ actress Megha Chakraborty will enter the show playing the role of Tamarind’s daughter.
We have seen Megha in shows like ‘Krishna Chali London’, ‘Khwabon Ki Zameen Par’. Megha is looking forward to be a part of the show and is hoping that the fans like her work. In an interview, Megha said- “It’s exciting to be a part of such a big show and an amazing team. ‘Tamarind’ has carved a niche for itself in everyone’s hearts, and I will continue to give my best to my fans and viewers. Will have to wait a bit to see the character’s journey.”

Now, viewers will see all the main leads Aryan (Fahman Khan), Imli (Sumbul Tauqeer Khan) and Malini (Mayuri Deshmukh) die in a bomb blast in the upcoming episode and the show will take a 20-year leap. ‘Imli’ airs on Star Plus.
