In the city of Mahakal, PM Modi inaugurated the Mahakal corridor, took blessings from Bholenath

Ujjain | Mahakal Corridor : Today in Ujjain, the city of Baba Mahakal is shining like a bride. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday inaugurated the first phase of the Mahakal Lok Corridor in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. Before the inauguration of the corridor, PM Modi offered prayers to Baba Mahakal and performed aarti.

Mahakal Corridor: PM Narendra Modi reached Indore airport earlier today and from there he reached Ujjain via helicopter, where CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan welcomed him. After this PM Modi reached Baba Mahakal temple to have darshan of Lord Bholenath. The priest of the temple garlanded PM Modi with Rudraksh. With chanting, Tripund was applied on the forehead of PM Modi.

Here are the special features of Mahakal Corridor – Mahakal Corridor:
316 crores were spent in the first phase of Mahakal Lok Corridor.
The Mahakal Lok Corridor, more than 900 meters long, is built on the banks of the old Rudra Sagar Lake.
For this, the Rudra Sagar Lake has been redeveloped by redeveloping the area around the Mahakaleshwar temple.
Two grand entrance gates – Nandi Gate and Pinaki Gate have been made for the corridor.
The corridor leads to the entrance of the Baba Mahakal temple.
108 pillars have been built in it and the entire corridor is spread over 910 meters.
