The Jharkhand High Court was to hear the matter related to the cell company, milling lease and MNREGA related to Chief Minister Hemant Soren and his close associates on Tuesday, but this hearing has been postponed. Both the parties have been informed by the High Court about not sitting the bench. Now this hearing is likely to take place on Friday next week. The merit of the shell company and mining lease case is now to be heard in the High Court. During the last hearing, the petitioner’s side was presented in the court.
In this regard, an affidavit has been filed on behalf of Chief Minister Hemant Soren before the court hearing, in which his achievements have been counted on his behalf by denying the allegations of the applicant Shivshankar. In the affidavit filed earlier, it has been said that all the allegations of the applicant Shivshankar Sharma have been found to be false, have made fabricated allegations. In the affidavit, the state government has mentioned in detail the achievements of its two and a half years.
