Good news for mobile holders, money will be saved after TRAI’s new order

Instructions to all telecom companies to give validity of mobile recharge 30 days instead of 28 days

Today mobile phone has become an important part of life. Everybody uses it. Sim card is equally important with mobile phone. In such a situation, it is also necessary to recharge the SIM or number. While doing this, you must have thought at one time or another that why all these telecom companies are giving 28 days instead of giving month-long tariff? Now a big news has come out on this issue. Taking a big decision in favor of prepaid mobile customers, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India has directed all telecom companies to give the validity of mobile recharge 30 days instead of 28 days.

Must be implemented within 60 days

Let us tell you that TRAI, while issuing a notification for telecom companies, has ordered all telecom service providers to bring at least one plan voucher, one special tariff voucher and one combo voucher with a validity of 30 days. Apart from this, companies have been asked to comply with the order of the rules within 60 days from the date of notification. Along with this, the telecom company will now have to bring a special voucher, a combo voucher with the validity of the whole month in its plan.

Instructions were given even seven months ago

Let us tell you that TRAI had issued these instructions even seven months ago, but the telecom companies did not follow it. Therefore, TRAI has again given these instructions to all the telecom companies. After this decision of TRAI, it is believed that the number of recharges done by the customers in a year will come down. By doing this, customers will save money for one month’s extra recharge. The existing plans of telecom companies have a validity of 28 days, due to which customers have to do monthly recharge 13 times in a year.
