Big reshuffle in Madhya Pradesh Congress, Kamal Nath resigns, now Dr. Govind Singh will be Leader of Opposition

Bhopal | Kamal Nath Resigns: Amidst the big stir in Rajasthan, news of a big change has come to light from Madhya Pradesh Congress. Congress leader Kamal Nath has resigned from the post of Leader of Opposition in the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly on Thursday. After which Congress President Sonia Gandhi accepted his resignation. Let us tell you that for a long time, Kamal Nath had important responsibility of both the posts of Madhya Pradesh President and CLP. However, Kamal Nath will continue to be the president of Madhya Pradesh Congress.

Dr. Govind Singh will be the Leader of the Opposition
After Kamal Nath’s resignation, Dr. Govind Singh will now be made Leader of Opposition in his place. Govind Singh is a senior Congress leader and MLA from Lahar constituency in Madhya Pradesh.

Appreciation of Kamal Nath’s works
Kamal Nath Resigns: Accepting Kamal Nath’s resignation, a letter was issued in the name of Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal, praising Kamal Nath’s work, saying that, praises and appreciates his contributions made by Kamal Nath to the party.

Leader of Opposition remained for more than one and a half year
Let us tell you that, Congress leader Kamal Nath remained on the post of State Congress President even though he was the Chief Minister of the state. After sitting on the Leader of the Opposition for more than one and a half years, Kamal Nath has now resigned from the post.
