Gehlot government’s Diwali gift to women, will get ‘smart phone’ with free internet for three years

Jaipur | Free Smartphone: The Ashok Gehlot government of the state is giving a big gift to the women of Rajasthan before Diwali. The Gehlot government is going to give smart phones to the women heads of 1.35 crore ‘Chiranjeevi families’ of the state. Not only this, there will also be free internet service for three years with the smart phone. The state government will bear all the expenditure for three years.

Free Smartphone: The Gehlot government had already ordered the smartphone company. In such a situation, the government will get the first batch of smartphones even before Diwali coming in October. Significantly, CM Ashok Gehlot during his budget speech this year had announced ‘Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana’ under which these smart phones would be given.

Education Minister gave information in the assembly
At present the monsoon session of the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly is going on. In which Education Minister BD Kalla gave information in this regard on Thursday. He said that the government would start distribution of smartphones to women heads of 1.35 crore Chiranjeevi families in the state in a phased manner in October this year. Giving information, the Minister said that for the purpose of giving smart phones to the women heads of Chiranjeevi families, the supplementary demands of Rs 2300 crore have been approved and now after getting the approval of Rs 1200 crore and getting a total provision of Rs 3500 crore has been made. Huh.
