There is a big news for the passengers traveling by Indian Railways. From now on you can order food online in the train with the help of WhatsApp while sitting on the train. Indian Railways’ branch IRCTC has launched an online food ordering facility, in which passengers will be able to order food on the train from WhatsApp itself using the PNR number. For this chatbot service, IRCTC’s food delivery service Zoop has partnered with Jio Haptic.

Order will be done through WhatsApp only

Let us tell you that for this facility of IRCTC, passengers do not even need to download any app, they only have to use their PNR number. Passengers can order food from any station as per convenience on WhatsApp chat with the help of Zoop. Along with this, passengers will also get the support of real-time food tracking, feedback and helpline through WhatsApp chat. This facility has been started for more than 100 railway stations. Also you have the facility to order both veg and non-veg food.

You have to message the number +917042062070 to order food at your seat in the train. After this you have to type the ten digit PNR number. After this, you have to select the restaurant and give information about the food you want to order. After that you can confirm the order by making the payment. After this, you can also use the real-time food tracking and feedback feature from the WhatsApp chat itself.
