Ranchi | Smriti Irani Congress FIR: Jharkhand State Congress spokesperson Rajiv Ranjan Prasad has registered a case against Union Minister Smriti Irani in the police station under the sections of Bhadvi. An FIR has been lodged against IT Cell chief Amit Malviya, Union Minister Smriti Irani and Preeti Gandhi at Kotwali police station in Ranchi. Mr. Prasad said that the trio had twisted the statement given by Congress National Spokesperson Dr Ajay Kumar on ANI on their social networking handles by uploading only 10 seconds of video out of a minute video. An attempt has been made to tarnish the image of the Congress party, which is wrong by law.

Smriti Irani Congress FIR: The Congress spokesperson said that the BJP leaders have tried to tarnish the image of Dr. By doing this, BJP has insulted the tribal society as well as it has also insulted Draupadi Murmu. Dr. Kumar praised both the presidential candidates at the very beginning of his statement, this act has been done by editing it. Which violates the law under section 153-A 415, 469,499,500 & 505(2) of IPC. Therefore, being a conscious political party of the Congress party, it becomes the responsibility of the tribal society to spread some kind of confusion among the tribal society due to the political animosity of the BJP and the divisive ideology of the RSS.
