Produced by Seed Pictures, the film is a comedy thriller set against the backdrop of a mental hospital. In this film, Kajal Aggarwal will be seen in two roles i.e. double role. In one of it, she is going to play the role of a cop while the other character will be that of an actress. Apart from Kajal, the names of big stars including actors Yogi Babu, KS Ravikumar, Radin Kingsley, Thangadurai are also included in this. It will also have Jagan, Urvasi, Satyan, Aadukalam Naren, Manobala, Motta Rajendran, Mylasamy, Saminathan, Devdarshini, Suresh Menon, Subbu Panchu Arunachalam, Livingston, Santhana Bharathi and Mathan Babu.

The actress shared the teaser on Twitter and said that it is ideal for the upcoming Halloween season. Yogi Babu’s character in the teaser introduces Kajal’s dual roles. When actor Kajal unintentionally dies on the sets of a film, she turns into a ghost and makes the life of another Kajal’s character hell. The film “Ghosty” is directed by Kalyan, who is known for directing films like “Gulabeghavali” and “Jackpot”. The film’s photography director is Jacob Rathinaraj. The editing of the film is done by Vijay Velukutty and the music is by Sam CS.
