It was a dream start for the Pakistan team. Rameez Raja reveals on BBC podcast how he planned with Babar Azam against Rohit Sharma.

‘Getting Rohit out like this’

Rameez Raja said, ‘Babar Azam was with the chief selector before going to the World Cup and then I asked him about his (Babar Azam) plan against India. Rameez Raja said that I can tell you (Babar Azam) how to get Rohit Sharma out. I told Babar to get Shaheen Afridi to bowl at 100 kmph and keep a fielder at short leg. Don’t single out Rohit and you will get him out.

Rohit Sharma was out on the very first ball. After Rohit, his fellow opener KL Rahul also returned to the pavilion. He was also dismissed by Afridi. Team India could score 150 runs in the match. Pakistan had achieved the target of 151 runs without losing any wicket.
