Warning to gherao the houses of leaders: On the ban on the purchase of paddy, farmer leader Gurnam Singh Chadhuni has warned the Manohar Lal Khattar government of Haryana that, if the procurement of paddy does not start from October 1, then from the next day itself, they will gherao the houses of the leaders. Chadhuni said that there is a pile of crops in the mandis. Crops have also been damaged due to rain. In such a situation, the directive of the government to stop the purchase of paddy is cruel.
Chadhuni said in a video that, we had demanded that, if you do not buy from September 15, then start from September 25. Crops are getting spoiled. But the ruthless government said that it will buy from October 1. Now information has been received that the purchase will be done from the 11th, not from one.
While warning the Haryana government, the farmer leader said, “Start buying paddy from October 1, otherwise from October 2 you will surround your MP, MLA, and leaders in such a way that even their dog will not be able to come out.” He said to the farmers, “Farmers, wait for tomorrow, if the procurement does not start, then make it such a condition that even the dog of the BJP and JJP leaders’ house should not come out the day after tomorrow.”
Chadhuni told the government to start the purchase of paddy from the date itself, otherwise the result would be very bad. Explain that due to the weather, the central government has asked Punjab-Haryana to start the process of procurement on the basis of MSP from October 11, due to which there is anger among the farmers.
