Earthquake in Dubai: Earthquake tremors were felt in parts of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). According to Gulf News, a 6.2-magnitude earthquake struck southern Iran in the evening. Whose aftershocks were felt in Dubai and Sharjah of UAE. Its intensity was 2.3.

Tremors felt for two to three minutes

At the same time, according to Khaleej Times, after-shocks were felt in different parts of Dubai for two to three minutes. People came out of their homes, offices and buildings. The National Center of Meteorology said the quake was felt in the northern and eastern parts of the country. According to UAE geologists, the risk of earthquakes is slightly higher in the northern and eastern parts of the emirate due to its proximity to the Iranian fault line. Several UAE residents also reported that they felt mild tremors from the two earthquakes.
