In fact, for a long time, the shares of paints companies were trading in a limited range due to the decrease in profits after the increase in cost. But after the increase in the price of paints, it is believed that these stocks may rise further.

As of now, only Asian Paints and Berger Paints have decided to hike the prices. From November 12, these companies are going to increase the prices of paints by 7 to 10 percent. However, many brokerage houses, including market experts, are of the view that paint companies will have to increase prices by up to 5 per cent more to bridge the margins.
