Till the September 2021 quarter, the promoter’s stake in the firm remained stable and increased to 69.14 per cent from March.

Anant Raj:
It was earlier known as Anant Raj Industries, a Delhi-based manufacturing and development company formed in the early 1970s. It is one of the largest land bank/property owners of Delhi NCR. Its businesses include:- residential townships, group housing, commercial development, IT parks, malls/office complexes, affordable housing, data centers. The company’s stock has gained 318% in the last one year, while its YTD return has been 177%. The company’s latest m-cap stood at Rs 2213 crore.

PNC Infratech:
This stock has registered a jump of 102 percent in the last 1 year. It is one of the premium construction company in the field of construction of highways, runways, bridges, flyovers, power transmission lines. Also the company is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company for its well defined quality system. The company has manufactured high value EPC turnkey projects.
