Bhopal, Senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh has once again targeted the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) by referring to Hitler on the pretext of an incident in Jabalpur. Singh made two tweets, posting a link to a news story about a municipal squad being chased by RSS men for allegedly lowering the saffron flag in Jabalpur.
In his tweet, he said that absolute power is an addiction for any individual or organization which ultimately leads to its downfall. Case will not be registered against these people, but they will definitely be punished after taking explanation from the municipal officer. In this sequence, he wrote, ‘Hitler’s personal army SS’s costume was brown shirt and RSS’s ‘private army’ costume was khaki pants. Equality or not? What happened to Hitler in the end? Germany was ruined. This is a historical fact.
Singh has often been in controversy for his statements targeting the RSS.
