New Delhi | Kartik Purnima 2022: Lakhs of devotees took a holy dip in Ganga Maiya across the country on Kartik Purnima today, during the Sutak for the last lunar eclipse of the year 2022. Devotees have been gathering since morning at all the Ganga Ghats including Haridwar, Kashi. Let us tell you that earlier on Monday night, Dev Diwali was celebrated.

Kartik Purnima 2022: Worshiping Tulsi Mata and bathing in the Ganges has special significance on Kartik Purnima in Karthima. On this special occasion, lakhs of people gathered to take bath in the Ganges in Haridwar, Devbhoomi, Uttarakhand. The Ghats resonated with the chants of Har Har Gange.

Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel took a dip of faith
On the other hand, on this holy festival, Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel also took a holy dip in Kharun river at Mahadev Ghat in Raipur.

Kartik Purnima 2022: A fair of devotees was held in Prayagraj, UP. Devotees reached Triveni Sangam Ghat from early morning and worshiped after taking Triveni bath. Boat festival is celebrated in Odisha on this occasion. In which small boats are made and floated in rivers.
