The responsibility of verifying the application for issuance of certificate rests with the revenue sub-inspectors. Alam is that the candidates who have to appear in the counseling of admission in medical, engineering, polytechnic, they are returning disappointed every day after visiting the circle offices.

The process of appointment to about 3120 posts of post graduate teachers is starting in the state. It is necessary to submit the certificate along with the application. But those who do not have the certificate, they will be deprived of filling the form.
