The biggest fall of the last seven months was seen in the market today, due to which the investors lost Rs 8 lakh crore in a single day.

Why is there disappointment in the market

It is believed that the effect of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s announcement to withdraw the three agricultural laws was shown on the stock market. The market feels that under electoral pressure, the government can now leave behind major reform decisions. At the same time, there has been a pause on the improvement in the field of agriculture. This is the reason why public sector companies got beaten up a lot in the market.

The end of Reliance and Aramco deal has also affected the market sentiment. The effect of this was that Reliance’s stock fell by Rs 109, due to which there was a big fall in the market.

Since the listing of Paytm’s stock, the investors investing in this stock are constantly having nightmares. It has come down 37 per cent from its IPO price in just two trading sessions and investors have lost Rs 50,000 crore.

Corona cases are increasing in many countries due to which there is despair and worry in the market. Austria has decided to impose lockdown again after the increase in corona cases. Austria is going to make the vaccine mandatory from February.

There is a risk of rising inflation, due to which the interest rate is being feared worldwide. In the month of December, RBI will also review the bi-monthly loan policy.
