Makhana Cutlet Necessary Ingredients

– 1 cup Makhana

Potatoes 2 large

– cumin powder 1 tsp

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Ghee or oil 500 grams

Green chili 2 (chopped)

– a little green coriander

– salt to taste

To make Makhana cutlet, first soak the Makhana for a while.

Then take boiled potatoes and mix both

Now mix cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and green chili and coriander in the potato and makhana mixture with hands and keep the bowl aside.
