Corona Case In Uttar Pradesh: In Uttar Pradesh, the corona virus has started creating a ruckus. A record increase is being registered in the number of cases coming daily. On Tuesday, where 992 new cases (corona case in Uttar Pradesh) were reported in the state. At the same time, Omicron variant (Omicron Case in Uttar Pradesh) was also confirmed in 23 infected. After which, CM Yogi held a meeting with Team-9 and ordered strictness in the rules of Corona Guidelines. Which will be applicable from January 6 across the state. But, the cases that came on Wednesday have put the people of the entire state in a tizzy. In the last 24 hours, 2038 new cases have been reported. Due to which the number of active cases has increased to 5,158 (Active Corona Case in Uttar Pradesh). It is worth noting that so far 23 districts of UP have been found infected with Omicron variant.

Children will get vaccination and next day leave

Children in the age group of 15 to 18 years have been given the first dose of 460237 vaccines in Uttar Pradesh, which is about 3,28 percent of their estimated number. Along with this, two important mandates have been issued by the state government in view of Corona. According to the first mandate, the children have been provided with the facility of leave on the day of vaccination and the next day. Along with this, if vaccination centers are set up in schools, then a holiday will be given on the next day of vaccination. In districts where there are more than 1000 active cases of Kovid, all educational institutions up to class 10 will be closed.

5158 Active Cases

Additional Chief Secretary Medical and Health Amit Mohan Prasad informed that a total of 192430 samples were tested in a single day yesterday. In which 2038 new cases of corona infection have come. A total of 937993314 samples have been tested so far in the state. He informed that in the last 24 hours, 51 people and so far a total of 1688058 people have been cured of Kovid.19. There are a total of 5158 active cases of corona in the state.

Prasad informed that on 4 January 2, 1378906 doses were given in a day in the state. Yesterday, 12,93,95,069 were given to people above 18 years of age in the state, which is 87.7% of people above 18 years of age. The second dose is 7,54,36,155 which is 51,17 percent of the people above 18 years of age. So far, a total of 20,48,31,224 doses have been given to people above 18 years. He said that so far 4,60,237 first doses of vaccine have been given to children in the age group of 15 to 18 years, which is about 3,28 percent of their estimated number. He said that children have been provided with the facility of holiday on the day of vaccination and the next day. If vaccination centers are set up in schools, then a holiday will be given on the next day of vaccination.

All educational institutions will be closed in districts with more than one thousand Kovid cases

According to the second mandate, all educational institutions up to class 10 will be closed in the districts where there will be more than 1000 active cases of Kovid. Night curfew will be applicable from 10 pm to 06 am. Apart from this, people coming will be checked by setting up of Kovid Help Desk at Zoo Memorial etc. Cinema halls from Hotel Food Point will operate with 50 percent capacity. He told that at present there are more than 1000 active cases of Kovid in Gautam Budh Nagar itself. There are less than 10 active cases of Kovid in 33 districts of the state.

Home isolation period 7 days

Prasad said that a new guideline has been issued by the Government of India regarding home isolation. According to which the period of home isolation has been increased to 7 days. He asked the people not to panic or get scared on any kind of misleading news related to Kovid. He told the people that everyone must get their Kovid vaccination done. Those who have taken the first dose should also take their second dose on time. He said that the hospitalization of new patients of Kovid is negligible. He said that the testing and treatment of Kovid is being done free of cost at government centers.
