Corona Vaccination UP: The state government has now chalked out a strategy to start a new system to complete the corona vaccination from door to door. A center will be opened in every district to administer vaccine doses to the working people, which will be run from 8 am to 10 pm. Like the second dose, now the requirement of slot booking for taking the first dose has been abolished. Now you can get your vaccination done by visiting the vaccination center directly. Also, those who book slots for vaccination will be vaccinated on priority basis till 11 am.

Additional Chief Secretary Medical and Health Amit Mohan Prasad said that now the localities where more than 80 percent of the first dose of vaccine has been administered, those localities will be covered with both doses of vaccine on priority basis. He said that a total of 1,48,960 samples have been tested in the state yesterday. In which three new cases of corona infection have come. There is no active case of Kovid in 39 districts.

A total of 8,37,84,181 samples have been tested so far in the state. He said that in the last 24 hours, 4 people in the state and till now a total of 16,87,155 people have been cured of Kovid-19. There are a total of 106 active cases of corona in the state and 87 people are in home isolation.

Prasad informed that the work of Kovid vaccination is being done continuously. A new Cluster Model 2.0 of Kovid has been started from today. In the state yesterday, 74,751 doses were given in a day. Till yesterday, the first dose was 9,81,78,865 and the second dose was 3,26,81,895 and till now a total of 13,08,60,760 doses have been given.

Prasad said that in festivals, everyone should take special care about Kovid. People from other states come to Uttar Pradesh during festivals, so the monitoring committees of urban and rural areas need to be careful and alert at this time. He said that those who are coming from other states, they must get their Kovid test done.

He said that on November 03, 2021, the monitoring committees would be guided for which training is being given to the doctors. The monitoring committees have to motivate the people coming from outside to get their Kovid test done and also to give them medical kits in case of any symptoms.

He said that medical kits are being provided to the monitoring committees. He told that the Kovid infection is not completely over yet. Therefore everyone should behave according to Kovid. Be sure to follow the covid protocol even after vaccination. Prasad informed that necessary medical arrangements have been made by the state government to prevent mosquito-borne diseases and water-borne diseases. To avoid mosquito-borne and water-borne diseases, everyone should follow the precautions being given by the state government. 10 cases of Zika virus have been found in Kanpur. Zika virus is spread by the bite of Aedes mosquito, so the same precautions should be taken for dengue and chikungunya.
