Corona Vaccination In Lucknow: On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his address to the nation announced the vaccination of 15-18 year old children. Also, he has announced health care, front line care and vaccination for those above 60 years of age who were battling some kind of disease. Let us inform that from January 3, the vaccination of children and health care and front line workers including the elderly will start from January 10.

183 centers are ready in Lucknow

Keeping this in mind, ‘Newstrack’ spoke to Lucknow District Immunization Officer Dr. MK Singh, then he told that ‘Vaccination has to be started for children and elderly people. Preparations have been completed for this. We have 183 centers fully ready. We have sites, vaccines, logistics all in place. ACMO Dr. MK Singh said that the guidelines will come by Tuesday evening, after which work will be done accordingly.

Preparation for making dedicated booth in Lokbandhu

Medical Superintendent Dr. Ajay Shankar Tripathi, Lokbandhu Rajnarayan District Hospital located on Kanpur Road, said that ‘A separate dedicated booth will be made for children in our hospital. Where only children will be vaccinated. He told that children will be given a vaccine manufactured by Bharat Biotech, but the guidelines are yet to come about which vaccine will be given to health care and front line workers.
