UP Police has made a big disclosure about the firing on Congress leader Rita Yadav, who made headlines by showing black flag to PM Modi.

Every effort was made to politicize this attack but now the UP Police is claiming to bring out the truth of this whole incident. Disclosing this incident, the police said that Congress leader Rita Yadav herself had opened fire on herself so that she could get a ticket in the assembly elections. Police arrested three including Rita Yadav and sent them to jail.
UP Police busted the conspiracy: Disclosing the incident of firing, UP Police said that on the evening of January 3, an incident of shooting of Congress leader Rita Yadav (35) of Sultanpur by unknown bike riders on the over bridge of Lucknow-Varanasi bypass of Lambhua took place. In this firing, Rita Yadav was shot in the left leg.
After this, the police had registered a case under section 307 of IPC. Lambhua Inspector Narvadeshwar Tiwari was investigating the matter under the supervision of the CO.
Congress leader arrested for conspiracy Acting on the basis of the facts revealed in the preliminary investigation and interrogation, the police arrested three people including Rita Yadav, who had joined the Congress from SP. The accused told the police that Rita Yadav along with former village head Madhav Yadav, who knew her, carried out the incident in a well-planned manner to get ticket from Congress party in the assembly elections. Apart from the Congress leader, the police have also sent driver Mustakim and Dharmendra Yadav to jail on the basis of their involvement in the conspiracy.
