Raipur | Chhattisgarh News: In the midst of ever-increasing inflation in the country, the Chhattisgarh government has provided great relief to the state employees. State Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has made many big announcements for the employees, women and working class of the state on the occasion of Labor Day 2022. CM has announced to increase the dearness allowance of state employees by 5 percent. After this decision of the Chief Minister, the employees of the state are going to get big benefits.

Increased DA will be applicable from 1st May 2022 only
According to this announcement of Chhattisgarh CM Baghel, this rate of dearness allowance to state employees will be applicable from May 1, 2022. Let us inform that, at present the employees of the state are getting 17 percent dearness allowance, which will now increase to 22 percent. It is worth noting that the employees have been demanding an increase in dearness allowance for a long time. After which the government has accepted their demand.

Age limit increased from 18 years to 21 years in Noni Sashaktikaran Yojana

10 thousand rupees assistance to elderly workers
Chhattisgarh News: On the occasion of International Labor Day, CM Baghel also announced the Chief Minister Shramik Sian Sahayata Yojana. Under this scheme, a lump sum assistance of Rs 10,000 will be provided to the elderly workers. Such workers will be eligible for this scheme, whose minimum age will be 59 years and maximum age will be 60 years. With this, it is mandatory for these workers to be registered under the board for the last 5 years.
