In the video, the minister is heard saying on the stage that if the boy reaches 50 years of age and he is not married, then the people around start fuming. Along with this, he is heard speaking more things in a tone of sarcasm. Posting this video, Vice President of the media department of the state unit of Congress, Narendra Saluja said that how the state cabinet is full of numbers. What kind of language is the minister using to make such a speech.
