Fast bowlers Mohammed Shami and Jasprit Bumrah have not been given place in this series. Both these players have been rested. Whereas KL Rahul will not be able to play in the first ODI match. Rahul will join Team India from the second ODI. BCCI has also given information about Ravindra Jadeja and Axar Patel.

West Indies team is coming to India in February. During this, three ODIs and T20 series will be played between the two teams. For this the Indian team has been announced. The selection committee has given rest to Bumrah and Shami. Both these players did not get a break for a long time. Therefore, he has not been selected for the series against West Indies.
