Bulletin after words, Congress told bulletin forbidding picketing as ‘Tughlaqi Farman’

New Delhi | Congress Vs BJP : The Congress and some opposition parties are continuously protesting against the proposed changes in Parliament. The latest case is related to a bulletin in which it has been said that dharna, strike and religious gatherings are prohibited in the Parliament premises.
