Uddhav demanded to hold elections

Mumbai Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray held the first press conference on Friday after resigning from the chief minister’s post. He said in the press conference that elections should be held in the state at the earliest. Challenging the rebel leaders of his party, Uddhav said that early elections should be held so that people know with whom. He insisted that the Shiv Sena Party and its election symbol, the bow and arrow, would remain with him as the people of the state and the Shiv Sena workers were with him.

Uddhav Thackeray said- I will not allow the rebels to use the symbol of Shiv Sena. I challenge them to conduct mid-term elections in the state. If we have done wrong then people will send us home. He further said- If you had to do it here, you should have done it two and a half years ago. If you had done this, then perhaps you would not have to do all this to bring down the government of the state.

Shiv Sena chief said – No arrow of Shiv Sena can take the symbol of bow. However, people do not just look at the sign, but also see who has taken that sign. He also targeted Eknath Shinde and the rebel MLAs along with him. He said- You people remained silent when the people of BJP abused me and my family members for the last two and a half years. were abusing me.

Thackeray challenged Eknath Shinde to show the Shiv Sena by snatching the election symbol. Uddhav said- The decision of the Supreme Court on July 11 will decide not only the Shiv Sena but also the future of Indian democracy. He held a press conference at his residence Matoshree and told that for the last several days people from far and wide are coming and expressing their support with him.
