Bollywood: ‘Naam Bade and Darshan Chhote’, Ranbir’s Shamshera also disappointed the audience

The film earned only Rs 10.25 crore on its first day of release.

Ranbir Kapoor’s film Shamshera, which released on Friday, has once again disappointed the audience. The film did not live up to the expectations of the people. The film earned only Rs 10.25 crore on the first day of its release. Fans on social media have called the film a flop. Now comments are being seen on social media that only Tiger and Pathan can save Yash Raj Films.

Let us tell you that like some recent films, Yash Raj’s film also failed to earn at the box office. After the film Bunty Aur Babli, Jayesh Bhai Jordar, after Samrat Prithviraj, Shamshera has joined the list of another film flop at the box office. It is even being said that the film earned so much only because Ranbir Kapoor’s fans came to see him on the silver screen after three years. Let us tell you that Sanjay Dutt’s biopic of Ranbir was a hit. Four years later, he was seen acting on the silver screen. After the success of Sanjay Dutt’s biopic, people had high expectations from him. Also in this film he was to be seen in a different look which he failed to do. Everyone was expecting Rs 14-15 crore for the first earning of this film which was unsuccessful.

On the film front, the film starring Ranbir, Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt has fared better than the expectations. Bollywood movies are falling upside down at the box office. Apart from Kartik Aaryan’s Bhoolaiya Two, most Hindi films released after the Corona epidemic have disappointed the audience. Interestingly, this film has got 4350 screens in India and 5550 screens worldwide. However, this film did not appear to be doing anything special. Ranbir Kapoor played a double role of a dacoit in Karan Malhotra’s directorial venture Shamshera. He has played the role of both father and son.
