Mr. Thoussen said at the swearing-in ceremony of the Deputy Commandant and Assistant Commandant of the 53rd Batch Medical Officers at the Academy of Internal Security. He said that the officers should give priority to the welfare of the jawans, increasing their professional skills, due to which half the work gets completed automatically with the increasing interest in the work among the jawans. The nation and the force have high expectations from the officers trained in the academy. The CRPF is currently in the stage of massive modernization. Knowledge of modern weapons, training should be taken advantage of.
Akademi Director, Inspector General of Police Sunil Jun said that the sacrifices and dedication made by the force for maintaining the unity, integrity and peace of the country has no match in the armed paramilitary forces. There should be a level of goodwill of a high order among the members of the force. The sole objective should be to inculcate in them the necessary skills, abilities to deal with various situations like fighting terrorists, separatists, naxalites, communal riots, etc., along with the internal and external challenges of the country regarding security.
