A news agency quoted eyewitnesses as saying that the explosion occurred on a busy road near a gurudwara in the police district of Kabul on Saturday. About this incident, ‘Tolo News’ tweeted and told that the sound of explosions has been heard in Karate Parwan area of ​​Kabul city. He also told that security forces have reached the area to investigate the matter. Significantly, shortly before this incident, India had started diplomatic talks with the Taliban for the first time and sent a team to Kabul.

The incident was reacted by the Ministry of External Affairs in New Delhi. It has been said by the ministry that the entire situation is being monitored. Foreign Ministry spokesperson said- We are deeply concerned by the reports of attack on a holy Gurudwara in the said city from Kabul. We are closely monitoring the situation and await further information on further developments.

At the same time, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar also condemned the blast incident. He tweeted and said – Everyone should strongly condemn the cowardly attack on Parwan doing Gurudwara.
