BJP MLA jailed for 2 months, court sentenced him on these serious charges

Bangalore | Uday Garudachar Jail: A BJP MLA in Karnataka has landed in trouble. His only fault is that he has committed the crime of hiding information in the election affidavit. Due to which a local court in Bengaluru has sentenced BJP MLA from Karnataka Uday Garudachar to two months imprisonment.

Uday Garudachar Jail: The Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court in Bengaluru on Thursday sentenced MLA Uday Garudachar to two months in jail and also imposed a fine of Rs 10,000. MLA Uday Garudachar is alleged to have two pending criminal cases against him which he did not mention in the election affidavit.

He also hid the fact of being a managing director
The BJP leader is also accused of hiding the fact that he is the managing director of a private company in his election affidavit. No information was given in this affidavit. Let us tell you that a complaint was lodged against him on behalf of a person in this regard. On which the court found him guilty.

MLA won the election in 2018
Uday Garudachar Jail: According to reports, the court has sentenced the MLA to less than two years’ imprisonment, allowing him to appeal in the High Court and has been granted bail at present on a personal bond of Rs 25,000. Let us tell you that, Uday Garudachar was appointed MLA from Chickpet assembly constituency in 2018 and the affidavit was filed on his behalf on 18 April 2018.
