PFI accused of conducting terrorist training in the name of karate training

National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Thursday morning itself at many places in 10 states. Popular Front of India (PFI) has been raided. Along with Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, there are 40 such locations in many other states including Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana, Assam and Delhi where NIA and ED have raided together. It has been revealed in the raid that under the guise of Karate training, people were being given terror training.

A big disclosure has been made in the PFI case registered by the NIA that only after the confession of Karate teacher Abdul Kader, arrested from Nizamabad, major action has been taken by the investigating agencies. It is claimed that terror training was being given under the guise of karate. In training, training was given till death by means of non-chalk, knife, iron rod and sickle.

Training was given on the roof itself

Abdul Khader alias Abdul Kader had prepared a training center on the roof of his house only after being advised by the leaders of PFI. In this training center, 5 days of terrorist training was given in different batches. In return, PFI used to give a huge amount to Abdul Kader every month for this.

Apart from giving weapons training in this training center, youth were also brainwashed through hate speech. Along with this, he was also instigated towards a particular religion. The special thing is that in this training camp only the youth of the particular community were given training.

Huge amount every month as donation

During interrogation, Abdul Kader also told that huge amount was collected in cash every month from people as donations. Four other PFI leaders were arrested on the behest of Abdul Kader.

Meanwhile, the NIA and the Enforcement Directorate on Thursday morning raided the premises of suspects allegedly involved in terror financing in 10 states. During the raids, the NIA and the ED detained around 100 PFI activists for allegedly supporting the terrorists, officials said.

According to officials, the raids are being conducted mainly in South India and the NIA has termed it as the biggest investigation operation ever.

PFI issued a statement regarding the raids saying, “The houses of national, state level and local leaders of PFI are being raided. Raids are also being conducted at the state committee office.” The PFI also said, “We strongly oppose the misuse of central agencies by the fascist regime to suppress the voice of protest.”
