New Delhi | Mohan Bhagwat Mosque Visit : Now continuous efforts are being made by the RSS to increase its reach to the Muslim community. In such a situation, the visit of Mohan Bhagwat, the head of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, to a mosque and a madrasa has been in the news in the past. Now in this matter the All India Imam Organization has given a statement on which politics has once again heated up. In fact, the head of the Imam organization has called Bhagwat the ‘Father of the Nation’ after the meeting of the two.

Mohan Bhagwat Mosque Visit : Let us inform that the ‘Sarsanghchalak’ of RSS went to a mosque located at Kasturba Gandhi Marg in central Delhi and after that he also visited Madrasa Tajweedul Quran in Azadpur, North Delhi. A Sangh official who was accompanying Bhagwat on the tour said that this is the first time that the Sanghchalak has visited a madrasa. An RSS functionary said that the head of the All India Imam Organization, Umar Ahmed Ilyasi, during a conversation with the children of the madrasa, called Bhagwat the ‘Father of the Nation’. He also said that Bhagwat immediately stopped him from saying so and said that there is only one Father of the Nation in the country and all others are ‘children of India’.

Mohan Bhagwat Mosque Visit : During the meeting, the RSS chief spoke to the children on the need to know and understand the country and said that the modalities of praying/worship can be different. But all religions must be respected. Let us inform that there was a conversation between Ilyasi and Bhagwat in the mosque for about an hour. The office of the All India Imam Organization and the residence of Ilyasi are also located in this mosque. It is to be noted here that Bhagwat had come to visit the madrasa on his invitation.
