Bengaluru: Fiancé shared private photos on social media, woman murdered

According to media reports, the fiancee has been identified as Vikas Ranjan. He had completed his doctorate in Ukraine.

A sensational case has come to light from Bengaluru in which a woman allegedly killed her fiancee. The 27 year old man was a doctor by profession. It is alleged that he had shared private pictures of his wife on social media and with his friends, after which the woman along with two of her friends killed the man. It is being told that the woman first beat up her fiancé and later killed her. The matter is being told of 10 September.

According to media reports, the fiancee has been identified as Vikas Ranjan. He had completed his doctorate in Ukraine. After this, after practicing for a few years in Chennai, he went to Bangalore for the Foreign Medical Graduates Examination. The couple was in a relationship for two years before planning their wedding. However, later the woman got her private pictures on Instagram. When he asked his fiancee about it, it came to know that he was behind these posts.

Rajan had uploaded the pictures using an account opened in the name of a friend. He also sent the pictures to friends in Tamil Nadu. As soon as the woman came to know about this, annoyed, she immediately talked to her classmate and planned to take revenge. The woman then called her future husband to her friend’s house in New Mico Layout. During this, two male friends were also present. After this, the four accused wiped the doctor and hit him with a water bottle. Later, seeing him faint, the woman took him to the hospital as she claimed that she did not intend to kill.

Rajanki died on 14 September after being treated in the hospital for 4 days. The woman told Rajan’s brother that her friends had attacked her. She also told that she was not at home at that time.
