Offering a credit score-linked home loan at 6.7% irrespective of the loan amount. Earlier, the interest on home loans above Rs 75 lakh was 7.15 per cent. The bank said in a statement that the offer will reduce the loan amount by 45 basis points (1% = 100 bps) to eligible customers.
