Realme GT 2 And GT 2 Pro: Realme is all set to launch the Realme GT2 series tomorrow (January 4) and ahead of the launch, the company has revealed more details about the device. The GT 2 Pro series can consist of two smartphones – Realme GT 2 and Realme GT 2 Pro. In a post on Weibo, it has been revealed that the device will get a 32MP front-facing camera and a 50MP dual rear camera. The post also reveals that the Realme GT2 will come with slim bezels and a 2K AMOLED display.

Talking about the Realme GT 2 Pro, the brand has already confirmed that the smartphone will come with the newly launched Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. Some features of the device have already been leaked in different leaks and rumours. When it comes to design, Realme claims that the Realme GT 2 Pro will be the world’s first smartphone designed with a bio-based material. According to the company, bio-polymer material has been used in the back cover of the smartphone which acts as an eco-friendly alternative to the fossil raw material that contributes to global warming.

The device can come with a 6.7-inch display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and an in-built fingerprint sensor. It is rumored to pair Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. On the camera front, the company claims that the Realme GT2 Pro is the first smartphone to feature a 150-degree ultra-wide camera, which expands the phone’s camera view by 278% as compared to the primary camera’s 84-degree field of view.

The company has also developed the world’s first fisheye mode for smartphones on the device, which gives ultra-long depth of field effect. The device is also equipped with HyperSmart Antenna Switching Technology which is designed with 12 wrap-around antennas that cover all sides of the phone and supports mainstream bands in almost all directions, that too with the same signal strength.
