New Delhi | Fodder Scam: The bail plea of former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, convicted in the fodder scam, which has created turmoil in the politics of Bihar, is going to be heard on Friday. Last week the hearing was postponed due to non-availability of the judge. The matter will be heard in the court of Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh of Jharkhand High Court.

Lalu Yadav likely to get bail
In today’s hearing in the fodder scam case, it is believed that Lalu Prasad Yadav, who is serving a jail sentence, will get bail. According to Lalu Yadav’s advocate Devarshi, there is every possibility of a debate in this matter today, due to which Lalu Yadav is also likely to be released on bail in the Doranda Treasury case of fodder loss.

Pleasure of diseases in the petition
Fodder Scam: Let us tell you that in this case, Lalu Prasad Yadav was sentenced on February 21. After which he has been in jail and sometimes in hospital. The bail plea has cited Lalu Yadav’s age and his suffering from several serious ailments. It has also been said that he has already completed half of the sentence in this case in jail. Now it has to be seen whether the court on Friday gives bail to former Bihar Chief Minister and fodder scam accused Lalu Yadav or jail.
