Mumbai Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana is ready to come out of the holiday mood and return to work. Soon he will be seen busy shooting for the upcoming project ‘Thamaa’. This is the second schedule of the film. Ayushmann will begin shooting in the national capital next week, which will continue till the first half of January. The film ‘Thama’ is said to be based on a ‘bloody love story’. Apart from Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna, this film from Maddock’s blockbuster horror comedy universe also stars Paresh Rawal and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The film is being directed by ‘Munjya’ fame Aditya Sarpotdar and written by Niren Bhatt, Suresh Mathew and Arun Phulara. Apart from this, Dinesh Vision and Amar Kaushik have produced this film. 2025 is a busy year for Ayushmann. His two films are going to be released this year, one of which is ‘Thama’, which will be released on Diwali. Apart from this, the second film is an action thriller being made under the banner of Dharma and Sikhya Productions, the name of which has not been revealed yet.

According to sources, he is also going to start shooting for two films. One with Sooraj Barjatya, which is a heart-touching family drama and the other with Sameer Saxena, which will be produced under the banner of Yash Raj Films and Posham Pa Pictures. Ayushmann Khurrana was recently honored with the ‘Future Leader for One Asia’ award at the 22nd Unforgettable Gala. He had said that he is proud that Indian cinema is finally reaching out across different cultures and languages. The actor said that he believes in the power of cinema to influence everyone and he feels great seeing Indian cinema doing the same. The actor was honored at the ceremony along with Chinese-American actress Joan Chen, who is also an Oscar Academy Award judge, who has won nine Academy Awards.
