Avani Lekhara has won the Bronze medal in the 50m Air Rifle event while performing amazingly. This is Avani Lekhara’s second medal at the Tokyo Paralympic Games. With this, India’s medal tally in the Tokyo Paralympics has now reached 12.

Avani Lekhara has won the bronze medal in the 3P SH1 event of 50m Air Rifle. At the age of 19, Avani Lekhara scored 445.9 and finished third.

Avani Lekhara has managed to create history twice in the Tokyo Paralympic Games. Avani Lekhara became the first Indian player to win a gold medal at the Paralympic Games. Now Avani Lekhara has managed to become the first player from India to win more than one medal in the Paralympic Games.
